At the markets!
I recently participated in the ‘Mathilda’s Market’ - in fact it was the first one ever in Adelaide [they are very popular in the eastern states] and what a great turnout! So many mums and dads, expectant mums and kids came to see all the wares on offer, including our very own Childrens Republic stall! [and our cool threads were a real hit with the shoppers!]
The weather turned out to be perfect and everyone I spoke to thought the markets were awesome. Support a good cause!
If you want to support a good cause come along to the Camp Autism fundraiser held on Saturday March 27 from 7-9pm at Tynte St Community Centre, North Adelaide. There will be a bunch of stall holders selling on the night to give people the opportunity to have a browse in a relaxed environment as well as a wonderful raffle - should be a fun night out!
Anyone can attend, and the ticket sale proceeds will go to supporting families with family members who have an ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). The goal of Camp Autism is to provide an opportunity for families affected by ASD to have a relaxing weekend away while in a caring and supportive environment. As a stall holder we will be donating a gift to the raffle as well as 10% of our sales to Camp Autism.
